Eifers work throughout Victoria to help VicRoads bring better roadsides to motorists and pedestrians in and around Melbourne. Our road construction company in Melbourne are currently working with VicRoads to replace damaged concrete slabs across multiple sections of Keilor Park Drive, East Keilor.

Our civil works in Melbourne include working on two main sections of Keilor Park Drive, with approximately 50 panels of concrete having to be replaced. The first section of work is on the northside of the Calder Freeway in the southbound direction, in which a total of 23 slabs of pavement have to be replaced. We are working on a total of 3 sites that make up 310.2 metres squared of failed concrete pavement.

Our commercial road construction services in Melbourne are also required on the south side of the Calder Freeway, in a north bound direction. This is an even larger job than the first section and requires the replacement of 27 slabs of concrete pavement. This comes to a total of 6 sites making up 450.6 metres squared. With slabs that are almost 4m wide and approximately 200mm thick, our workers are ensuring that the delivery of materials, demolition of damaged pavement, dowelling and installation of steel mesh are done efficiently in order for the new pavement slabs to be poured properly, reducing the risk of concrete failure in the near future.
